My flight is delayed what do I do ?

Our local representative monitors all incoming flights and will wait for you if your flight is delayed.

How do I locate my driver, vehicle or pick-up point ?

On confirmation of your booking you will receive a voucher, specifying all the details, a name and number for our local representative within your selected destination will be printed on the Transfer Voucher.

I cannot find my driver, vehicle or pick-up point on arrival ?

Please contact the local number or emergency number as specified on the voucher, this is the number for our local representative who will help you.

How do I pay for my transfer?

Payment is made in cash (we do accept all curriencies) to the driver inside the taxi or minibus after each transfer. If you have booked a return transfer, you can pay the driver separately for each journey. You do not need to pay the total price all at once.

Will the transfer be direct or stop en-route.

All transfers are direct, from door to door. Your taxi or minibus driver will only stop in case of emergency.

Will I have to share the Car or Minibus with others who are not in my party?

No, when you reserve a vehicle via us, no matter whether it is a 4 passenger taxi car, 7, 8, 14 passenger minibuses or 23 passenger coach, the vehicle is exclusively yours for the journey. We only provide private transfers.

May I bring luggage for 10 months, although I'm just staying for a week ?

Bringing any oversized luggage may incur a local charge, please add a note on the special request section on our booking page ensuring that we are aware of the extra luggage.

I’m travelling to a private property and not to a hotel or apartment, can you help ?
